How to submit invoices?

New provider onboarding

If you are a new provider, please include:

  • Service agreement 
  • Bank details for payment

Invoice requirements

To ensure prompt payment, please include:

  • Participant full name
  • NDIS number
  • Service dates
  • Support item description
  • NDIS support item code
  • Hourly rate / total amount
  • Your business details (ABN, contact info)
  • Invoice number

Payment timeframes

We aim to process and pay invoices within: 1–3 business days

(Provided all required information is included)

Invoice review

All invoices are reviewed to ensure they align with:

  • Participant’s NDIS plan
  • Service agreements
  • NDIS pricing arrangements

Incorrect or missing information

If any details are missing, we will contact you to resolve the issue promptly to avoid delays.

Remittance advice

You will receive a remittance advice once payment has been processed.
